When you need sharp equipment, you needed it yesterday. Premier provides 24 hour turnaround of your blades, combs and cutters (allow an extra day in June, July and August).
How good is our service? The number of blades, combs and cutters that we sharpen is now tens of thousands a year--and growing rapidly. The rising demand speaks to the skill of our technicians and our service.
Large blades are sharpened on a $65,000 automated lapping machine (we never grind them). The result is equal to (or better) than new. Combs and cutters are done on a high speed grinder.
Beware: Blades, combs and cutters can be easily damaged (and even ruined) during sharpening by those without proper machines or methods.
Sharpening
Large and small clipper blades
Price assumes clean, undamaged, rust-free blades made by Premier, Lister, Oster, Aesculap, Andis or Wahl.
Shearing combs
Price assumes clean, undamaged, rust-free combs made by Premier, Lister, Oster, Heiniger, Super Shear with 9, 10, 13, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24 or 25 teeth.
Shearing cutters
Price assumes clean, undamaged, rust-free cutters made by Premier, Lister, Oster, Heiniger, Super Shear with 3, 4 or 9 teeth. Each
Freight charges
A one time charge to return any number (see NOTE below) of combs, cutters, blades and combinations back to you the most economical way.
Extra Charges
To recondition and/or fix severe rust
Applies to blade sets, combs or cutters that have been damaged by other's sharpening and thus requires extra time on our machine. Also applies to severely rusted blade sets, combs or cutters.
To clean dirty blades or remove light rust
Applies to blades, combs, or cutters sent to us that show light rust or still have dirt, wool, hair or lanolin upon them. Each.
Engraved personalized clipper blades
Engrave with your name or farm name, address, and phone number for a small fee of $1.00. If you are interested (item #868600) in this service, please indicate what you would like engraved on them and include payment with your next resharpening service. This service may delay reshipping by one day.
To sharpen blades/combs for llamas and alpacas
An edge that works for sheep, cattle and horses often disappoints those clipping or shearing llamas and alpacas. It takes double the grinding and lapping time to get blades, combs and cutters "right" for this purpose. It will save you time and hassle in the end if we know your needs and take the time to get them right for you. We only charge an extra $1.00/per for a llama/alpaca blade set, comb or cutter.

Please type in a Qty. of 1 ($6.00 shipping charge per order no matter how many blades, combs or cutters on an order) on item #868700.
