Shipping

The Heat Lamp is eligible for free freight shipped by UPS only. Extra handling charges will be added if you choose the Priority Mail option. This extra charge will not show up on your internet receipt but will be added in house to your bill.

Precautions

Keep lamp at least 20" away from the ground/animal(s). To ensure safety please self-inspect the plug and connection (or ask a certified electrician to do so.)
To help reduce fire risk:

  1. Thread power cord into the panel. If the heat lamp happens to get knocked free, the cord & panel will support the lamp until you can properly re-hang it.
  2. Tie lamp to wire panels with a "backup" nylon rope.
