HotShock B4 Battery Energizer
This is the B4 energizer only. Batteries and solar panels sold separately. To order, see accessories tab below.
40% more output than the Intellishock 20B. That's important because it allows more rolls of netting to be powered from the same unit. Has few equals for ease of use for temporary livestock fences and electrified netting for sheep, goats and furry "critters."
Use a 12v sealed lead acid battery or an EzePower 9v dry battery. Both fit inside the case. (12v leads are extra.) Peak output of 0.35 joules (with 12 volt battery). Can be used with a solar panel kit.
A battery fence energizer that is used for temporary or short lengths of fence to keep in cattle, horses, sheep, goats and poultry.
Protects livestock from coyotes, fox and raccoons. Keeps bear from destroying bee hives.
Used around gardens and orchards to keep out rabbits, deer and other wildlife.
The HotShock B4 is "wide-impedance" -which means it will remain effective even when the soil becomes dry & the grass turns brown. Portable, lightweight and easy to move. User friendly cases. Versatile--can be used with a 9v dry cell battery or a 12v deep cycle battery, with or without a solar panel.
To determine if the fault is with the fence or the energizer...
If the energizer is faulty and it's a battery unit you need to learn if the battery or the energizer is the problem...
If the fence is at fault, then you must find the fault(s) and fix them. Here's how to start this process:
Our unique 2-Year Warranty If an energizer fails within 2 years from the purchase, Premier will replace the module/unit at our cost (unless the reason for its failure is customer abuse or neglect). Your credit card will be charged for the replacement but you will receive full credit when the failed item is back at Premier. Your only cost is shipping the failed item to us. If the original energizer is over 2 years old, we will repair and/or replace it, but you pay for the repair cost and freight.

We've ordered two of these charges and had to have send one back to get worked on and the second died 2 1/2 years after purchase and due to shipping and the unknown repair costs was tossed. We bought Premier's most powerful DC unit and use a 12V that is refreshed from a trickle charger every few weeks.
