Has few equals for ease of use for temporary livestock fences and electrified netting for sheep, goats and furry "critters." Wide Impedance.
Use a 12v sealed lead acid battery or an EzePower 9v dry battery. Both fit inside the case. (Leads for 12v battery are extra.) Peak output of 0.27 joules (with 12 volt battery).

To determine if the fault is with the fence or the energizer...
If the energizer is faulty and it's a battery unit you need to learn if the battery or the energizer is the problem... To test the battery on the Intellishock 20B: Press battery check light. If you get a steady green light the battery if fine. If you get a flashing green light, the battery needs to be replaced within 2 days. If there is no green light, battery capacity is too low to operate energizer. If the fence is at fault, then you must find the fault(s) and fix them. Here's how to start this process:

For a few rolls of net in wet or dry conditions we would use this energizer. We like the wide impedance capability and when accompanied with a solar panel the battery can really last.
