Tetanus Toxoid

Vaccination with tetanus toxoid is recommended for healthy domestic animals, not infected with tetanus, to establish an active immunity for prevention against disease.

Common Uses

For the use as an aid in the prevention of tetanus.
Specs

  • Comes in a 15000 IU (50 mL) bottle or 10 - 1 dose bottles.
  • Made by the Colorado Serum Company.
  • Concentrated, adjuvanted
  • Contains Thimerosal as a preservative.
How to Use

Dosage: Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly as follows: Horses and cattle at least 2 doses of 1 ml. ea. For sheep, goats and swine 2 doses of 0.5 ml. ea. Interval between doses should be approximately 30 days. Revaccinate annually using a single full dose as recommended above.

Store at 35 - 45 degree F. Use entire contents when first opened. Please refer to package insert for complete information.
