404100 Woven Wire Clamp In Stock 30.0 $94.00

Common Uses

Professional fence installers prefer to terminate the mesh at each end post. Then they attach a woven wire clamp to each end of splice near the middle of the fence. Hayes boundary clamp strainer (#404105) is attached to the bottom (and top) loops of each clamp. The mesh can then be precisely tensioned by tightening each of the 2 boundary clamp strainers in sequence.

Specs

  • The clamp is 54" tall
  • Hot-dipped galvanized
  • Comes with 5 wedges

How to Use

To tension the woven wire, attach chains to the upper and lower steel loops. Pull the mesh tight. Farmers often do this with a tractor at one end of the strain, and then staple the wires very firmly to the end post.
