Premier's easy to use Plastic Buckets


Round buckets are available in 1, 2 and 3.5 gal. sizes. Use the 3.5 gal. size for providing water, hay and feed in jugs. Its wide base and short sides reduce tipping. While any size bucket works with our teat units, the 1 gal. size is ideal for 1 - 3 lambs. The 4 gal. square bucket is best for rearing five or more orphans.
  • Now with easier opening lids. Lids for square buckets are now easier to remove.

  • Stack without sticking. They have an extra flange to reduce stacking headaches and strengthen the bucket sidewalls.

  • Are easier for women and children to manage when filled with grain--only 25 lbs. instead of 31 lbs.

  • Round 3.5 gallon is wider at the base than tall (10" deep, 11" in diameter). Thus less prone to tip over.

  • Have a strong steel wire handle.

  • Are rugged (minimum sidewall thickness of 1.5 mm.). Resist most acids, alkalies, paints and chemicals.

  • White and smooth internal walls. Thus they are easier to properly clean.

  • Are cost effective.

  • Durable. We use them constantly for our own sheep flock and have been happy with them. We find that they will last several years with normal use.

  • Made of high density linear industrial polyethylene (better than polypropylene if water should freeze inside them).
