to elevate the base 3" off the ground, helping prevent feed

Rain hat (shown above and offered separately below) is for outdoor
usage. Hat helps protect feed from rain and snow. Secure fit
reduces risk of moderate wind blowing it off.

Yellow Poultry Feeder, 15 lb
For small to mid-size flocks. Users who have this really
like it (see reviews on our website)—and so do our own
chickens. Grill and top lip around base reduces feed waste.
Adjustable base design allows for up to 3 flow levels. (Use
caution when adjusting base.) We suggest hanging it with a
snap clip (in photo above and sold on p. 6) or place on bricks.
