4. Dry eggs on a
paper towel,
weigh on scale
(sold at left)
and sort by
size, carton
and label.
1. Add water; temperature should be 90º–100º.
Add egg wash powder.
2. Place basket with eggs and weight disk (to
prevent cracked eggs) in bucket.
3. Attach hose to your air compressor hose.
