To fgure Shipping & Processing, use the Freight Ground Service charts below:
1. Calculate total weight of all items ordered.
2. Determine zone, which depends on which state you are in.
3. Using the Freight Ground Service Shipping & Processing Chart, find total lbs
and follow across chart until you match up with your zone.
Situations in which you should call us first:
• If order is over 200 lbs (lower rates may apply).
• If order is under 5 lbs (Priority mail is usually less costly).
• Items that cannot be shipped UPS (indicated in the catalog).
• If items are listed as dimensional weight, the chart above will not be applicable.
Regular ground delivery:
In-stock items ordered before 2 p.m. CST normally
ship the same day unless instructed otherwise. Will take from 2 to 10 days,
depending on your location. UPS and FedEx require an actual shipping address, not
a post office box. If you can only provide a PO Box, delivery will be via Parcel Post.
Merchandise availability:
We stock what we sell. However, we suggest you order
early to avoid possible delay as unexpected demand may leave us short. You will be
advised of any out-of-stock item(s) and the expected shipping date at the time of
your call or on your invoice. Credit cards are not charged until the item(s) ships.
Rush deliveries:
We ship in-stock items via UPS 3 Day Select, Blue Label (2 Day
Select), Red Label (overnight delivery) or FedEx. Rush orders must be placed before
noon CST. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping cost:
You can ask us to calculate the cost or use the zone chart above.
Please call if the total order weighs over 100 lbs.
Truck shipments:
Orders over 500 lbs are usually less expensive if shipped by
motor freight. Please call us for a quote. Some items can only be shipped via truck.
How to order from Premier
Have questions?
Our people vary in their areas of expertise. Though all have
worked with our flock and farm, some own animals of their own, some have show
experience, some can shear, some have horses vs. goats vs. sheep vs. cattle, etc. Tell
the receptionist your query, and you’ll be directed to the specialist in your field.
1. By Phone:
We’ll need your name, billing address, phone number, shipping
address, and list of products. Credit card, money order, personal check
(with
social security number)
or C.O.D. payment
(see below)
methods are accepted.
2. By Website:
Our address is www.premier1supplies.com. Credit cards,
e-Checks, money orders and C.O.D. payments are accepted.
3. By E-mail:
Our address is info@premier1supplies.com. Include a phone
number and shipping details. Credit cards and C.O.D. payments only.
4. By Mail:
If possible, use the order form on opposite page. Include a check
(with your social security number)
or other instructions regarding payment.
5. By Fax:
Send completed order to our toll-free fax number: (800) 346-7992.
Credit card and C.O.D. payments only. Include a daytime phone number, credit
card number and expiration date.
Shipping & Processing charges:
All items are FOB Iowa and will be shipped
ground UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee, Priority Mail or motor freight (if less expensive)
with customer paying freight costs. Charges are based on the total weight of the
order, your location and method of delivery. We will calculate the delivery costs if
you call us. Orders outside the 48 states, please call for quote on delivery.
Other services:
(Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or FedEx), call for an exact quote. All
claims, shortages or damages must be reported to the shipping company at delivery.
C.O.D. delivery:
We require that all C.O.D. be paid by cashier’s check. Add $10.50
to cover UPS’s collection charge on all C.O.D. orders. Cash is not accepted by UPS.
Personal checks:
We reserve the right to hold your order until the check clears. If
you choose to include your social security number, that will expedite your order.
A service charge will be added to any unpaid balances at 1.65% per month, 19.8%
per year.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH, CURRENCY OR STAMPS.
Goods arrived damaged or shorted:
Premier is not responsible for items
damaged by the carrier. Report damaged packages immediately to the carrier.
Advise us if you wish any damaged item(s) to be reordered.
Invoice errors:
Premier includes a copy of each invoice in the package.
Please examine it and call us immediately if there is an error.
Returns and/or Exchanges
1. Call us for a return authorization number so we can ensure that you receive
proper credit when your item(s) reaches us.
2. Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) being returned.
3. Wrap securely and send the item(s) to us by UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post.

4. Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, credit on charge card, cash refund or
credit on account (shipping charges are not refunded).
5. Product returned after 30 days from invoice will receive a replacement or refund
on any Premier product that fails to perform as stated in our current catalog. A
restocking fee may be charged.
6. If an item was originally shipped “Freight Free” from our website
and is returned, the value of the product will be credited less the
original cost of the freight Premier paid to ship your product.
7. If an order or an item is refused from the delivery service, the shipping charges
will be deducted from the credit amount of the product.
Note: No return of obsolete, closeouts or special orders, including
printed tags.
Backorders
Backorders will be indicated on the invoice. We will then ship the item(s) as soon
as it is available. Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) is shipped.
