Portable electric fences

Portable fences for rotational grazing
Graziers and foragers are preparing for the spring grazing season

Premier’s electric netting is well-suited for rotational grazing—it’s quick to install, durable and adaptable to dips and curves in difficult terrain. While the flock or herd is grazing a paddock, temporary fence for a second is installed. The animals are moved from the old paddock to the new when forage in the first paddock is expended. The fence from the original paddock is then taken down and reset, making a third paddock for grazing. This process is repeated for the entirety of the pasture.

Why our nets excel over others…
  • Choice of netting—in height and length, multiple colors, post options (including drivable) and positive/negative configurations for dry soils.
  • Knowledgeable support both before and after your purchase.
  • Tinned copper superconductor for better conductivity throughout the length of the fence.
Common uses:
  • Keeps in—poultry, goats, pigs, sheep, cattle, dogs and more.
  • Keeps out—deer, bears, coyotes, foxes, stray dogs, skunks, opossums, raccoons and other nuisances.
  • Rotate livestock to fresh grass.
  • As a wildlife boundary around gardens, beehives, orchards and vineyards.
