Cleanest waterers to use, wish I would have used these in the brooder sooner.

I can’t say enough good thing about this. No more messy water with chips. Can add ice cubes with no problem when hot out to give my girls a cool drink. AWESOME product, may as well buy 2 or more. I bought two. One for me, one for a friend. I ended up keeping both and ordered two more for her!

First off, I'm not a chicken guy, I have cockatiels and was looking for a way to keep a "clean" source of water for them. Cockatiels work hard at making a mess out of their water dishes throwing anything and everything in it. They also drink a lot of water.
Not liking those waterers that are commonly available in pet stores I started to think outside of the box and came upon this chick nipple drinker which was reasonably priced and well worth the gamble that it would work with my 'tiels. It worked nothing less than awesome. My 12-18 'tiels go through 32oz every 2 days! If I don't watch the water level they can even run out. So, I purchased a second one.
A second benefit, it also provides a very prized place for perching that they love.

These waterers are awesome! No more messy waterers to clean out daily, no more spilled water in the floor of the brooder and the chicks get clean fresh water everytime. Made well, priced as low as the old fashioned waterers. I was a little skeptical at first about chicks finding the water but all it takes is one curious chick to peck it and the rest follow. I absolutely love these!!

Love these little guys... No leaking and clean water for baby chicks... I am using more than 1 in each little brooder box.
