FiberTuff™ (FT) Posts
These post are strong! They are our preferred support at curves and corners. Also in use at rises, dips and major directional changes.
Steps easily into most soils. Top cap with enlarged slot for easy threading of netting top wire.
FiberTuff Clips enable FiberTuff 19mm posts (only) to hold additional rope, tape, twine or MaxiShock.
- PVC with 6 internal fiberglass "cables" for extra stability
- 19mm diameter (18", 20", 24, 30" and 35" tall posts)
- 22mm diameter (42" and 48" tall posts)
- 7 height choices (18", 20", 24", 30", 35", 42" and 48"). Height of the posts is from the top of step-in foot to top of the post
- 7" long , 2.5" wide step-in foot plate. It is welded to the spike for support.
- Black post with brown top
- Use the foot plate to step post into the soil at the point of a curve, corner or end. We lean it outwards against the strain because the shaft will curve slightly towards the pull of the fence. Cap can be tapped with a hammer to install post.
- When using with netting—insert the top strand of net into the top clip. Note: It is not necessary to weave the FiberTuff post into the netting.
- When using with rope, tape, twine or MaxiShock—use FiberTuff Clips on FiberTuff 19mm posts (only).
Post is not designed to be mechanically driven or heavily struck with a hammer.

I set up a 2' wide x 30' long garden area against the back of my house- protected by a 30' tall VersaNet. Unfortunately, using the included uprights for corner posts did not satisfactorily keep the netting from sagging over the long run. I should have bought some of these FiberTuff posts with my initial order! They are not expensive and really do a great job. I used one at each corner and a couple inline where the grade changes. The net now stands properly straight.
Very good service and quick delivery

The 48" posts are the best that I have come across for supporting flexible fencing. I use them for electrified netting enclosures, NoShock Chick Fence and even to support an awning fashioned across the front of the coop for shade. Most posts with plastic step-on stakes were not stiff enough and the steps often snapped off. The Fiber Tuff posts are also affordable and made to last. You won't be dissatisfied.

These are a must to keep everything upright and squared with the electric netting. One at every right angle and you are good to go!

We are using a combination of Fiber Tuff polls and sticks to keep the netting up. If you are on uneven land extra support is a must with the poultry electric netting. These are easier and faster than sticks but not as free.
