(Fi-Shock™ brand energizers which are sold as low impedance, continuous current output should NOT be used with electric netting.) All energizers sold on Premier's website use an intermittent pulse and are suitable for use with electric netting.
Dry conditions and wintertime usage may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing.
Dry or frozen ground many cause the NetPost spikes to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed.

We LOVE these gates. We have a managed intensive grazing setup and these gates are PERFECT!!! They make moving sheep from paddock to paddock easy and stress free, instead of taking down an entire stretch of fence, we install one of these! Our sheep have no problem with them and they have great features that means they don't draw too much electricity from the system.

Excellent product, if it came in a double spike that would be even better

I needed to fence a 40' section to finish off an enclosure for my hound. I had permanent fencing on the other 3 sides, but needed to use something on this one side that would allow me to easily let farm vehicles pass through. I bought two 42" net gates. When opening them, I fold back the two middle sections of each gate, which allows a 20' foot drivethrough. Where the two posts meet in the middle for each of the two sections, I drilled a circular pipe into the ground to enable me to easily take the posts in and out of my hard-packed clay driveway. The dog was already trained to stay away from electric fencing, and so far, the setup is working beautifully. Installing it took less than a half hour. Planning this out prior to ordering took the longest time, but the Premier reps are always very patient and informative.

As the old saying goes "Best thing since sliced bread!" I struggled with most every kind of gate until I discovered these netgates. Simple and easy to use. If they don't fit the opening exactly, I either go past the post on down the fence line or make a "V". They must be "hot" or some lambs figure out they can push them up and go through.

Very easy to use. I'm using as extra protection from predators in front of 15 ft tube gates. I purchased 2 extra support posts for each netgate and that helps keep them from sagging.
