ReCharger for (12 volt) fence batteries
How to Use
Recharge time depends on your battery size (in amp hours) and on how depleted the battery is. (To avoid damaging batteries, always recharge them prior to power level falling below 40%.)
Note: If a battery has been in use but shows a green light (with no charge time) the battery will not take a charge.

I have the same problem as Gary P - I initially thought the battery wouldn't take a charge because it shows green when plugged in immediately, but that does not seem to be the case.
Pretty annoying considering I don't know how long I need to have the thing plugged in for now, could be wasting a lot of time.

I returned my first battery charger because it did not work as described on the Premier web site nor per the plate on the back of the charger. The replacement works the same way as the first one. Although it appears to charge the batteries, it shows a steady green light whenever it is plugged in, whether there is a battery attached to it or not, and whatever the charge is in the battery. It does not blink, and it does not show a red indicator.
It would be convenient to have an indicator for "charging" and "fully charged"; I'm disappointed that this device doesn't have one.
