Mounting can be on either a fence post, coop wall or tree. Feeder comes with brackets allowing it to be mounted easily, also making removal simple for cleaning or relocation.
Includes (1) silo extender. To increase feeder capacity, add an additional Silo Extender.

Installation
Simply attach the included bracket to the vertical surface of your choice. Attach the feeder to the bracket by sliding and clipping the arms into place. Ideal height: 6-10 inches off the ground.

I have used this for a year now and now I have stopped using it because food always spills out. The feeder portion (and the extension) has become warped over time and no longer stays flush wasting a lot of food to the chipmunks in the process. I tried duct taping it closed but it's useless.

This is a well made durable product. It arrived well packaged with all the pieces. Easy to install and easy to refill. Love that it has a lid that so far has not been knocked off. Only con is the slide on the inside does not go up far enough too allow larger food crumbles or pellets to pass. If your handy or have one of those handy dandy husbands with tools I think it could be cut too a size that works for you. Product is for a small flock. I have 5 using it in the coop.

Ordered basic 20# feeder. Very flimsy and the two black plastic mounts are very hard to line up when installing. Hopper separates very easily (too easily) and then dumps whatever is in the hopper all over. Had to use two small 1/2” stainless screws to hold black clips in place so the weight of it doesn’t fall off the fall. At the very least it holds feed just OK, and chickens eat.

I have used this feeder (x2) for several years and have always been pleased with it. I think I bought it the first year Premier1 carried it. It is still in good shape and with adjustments it wastes very little feed. I'm not terribly handy but attached it to the wall of an outdoor pen for just out of the brooder birds without much trouble.
