Electric Netting

Considering using netting for goats in some brushy remote areas. The terrain is hilly in places with lots of crooks and bends. Because of the location and the conditions I need a net that is sturdy and reliable but can be moved . I anticipate moving some fences on average about once every month to two months. Would the ElectroFence Plus or PermaNet Plus be more suited to the task? Thanks!
