Installation

To open wire cutter: Rotate the circular latch (located just below the jaws of the cutter) in the direction of the arrow.

To cut wire: place over wire between the blades, cut at a 90 degree angle. Make sure to hold both sides so the wire does not hit you in the face when it comes loose.
Precautions

Always wear gloves and safety glasses when cutting high-tensile wire.
