FREE Ground Delivery for online orders over $100.

Free ground delivery applies to orders placed online at www.premier1supplies.com with an invoice product total exceeding $100. Why only online? Because online orders require less labor and phone expense. Look for the "FREE Ground Delivery" statement on qualifying items (see example to right).

Offer does not include:

• International, AK & HI orders
• Shipments via truck (commercial carriers)
• Expedited UPS/FedEx shipments
• Orders via phone, mail, fax or e-mail

Items that are not eligible include:

• Pharmaceutical products
• Bulky items (e.g. plastic troughs)
• Hazardous Material (e.g. sprayline marker)
• Heavy items (e.g. steel wire)

If an online invoice exceeds $100 and includes both eligible and ineligible items, ground delivery charges will apply to the ineligible items only.

If an item was originally shipped "Freight Free" and is returned, the value of the product will be credited less the original cost of the freight Premier paid to ship your product. If an order or an item is refused from the delivery service, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount of the product.

Situations in which you should call us for a shipping quote:

• When ordering oversized items or orders over 100 pounds.
• For orders outside the USA or Canada.
• Excise duties and/or excise taxes may be imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency on orders shipped from the USA. All customs fees and import duties are payable by the recipient. Learn more.
