RaccoonNet™ 4/18/12 Kit

We've simplified the process and taken the "guess" work out by offering kits. You will need a RaccoonNet kit and an Energizer kit (see accessories below).

RaccoonNet is a 18 in. electrifiable prefabricated fence. It arrives at your door as a complete roll with the posts already built into the mesh/fence.

Kit Contains:

1 - 100 ft roll of RaccoonNet.
3 - Additional support posts

Note: The inuse photos (except the one with the bales) at right were prototypes. We've now modified the design. The lowest live strand is now only 4 in. above the soil (instead of 6 in.) to prevent small raccoons from crawling through it. And we removed 1 horizontal strand. The net height is thus shorter by 2 inches.

Common Uses	Keeping raccoons out of sweet corn, gardens and silage bales.
Specs	RaccoonNet 4 horizontals Horizontals are white and black. Horizontal spacings from bottom to top are: 4", 6", 8". Verticals are struts placed every 12" 18" tall Extra PowerPosts 3 posts included for extra support. 21" tall Spike is 8" long Green in color Each net comes with 1 Warning Sign and 1 Repair Kit.
Installation	Just push the posts in by hand. The built-in posts are usually strong enough for ends or corners--if you move the posts within the fence. See PDF above for more info.
Precautions	This is a pain barrier, not a physical barrier. Dry conditions and wintertime usages—may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing. Dry or frozen ground many cause the NetPost spikes to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed.
