Easy-to-use hammermill grinder for small batch production of livestock feed. Control the ingredients in your animal’s diet and save trips to the feed store! 1.2 HP motor.
Includes grinder, bucket and 3 sieves (4, 6 and 8mm).
Add 1mm and 2.5mm sieves (sold separately) to produce a coarsely ground flour for baking.

This is a very nice grinder. It's light, works fast and is easy to put together. It seems to work best if there isn't any hay or straw in the grain. Otherwise it grinds the grain very quickly. I recommend the 1mm if you want very fine feed.

This is a wonderful hammermill and a real boon to the small farmer. Thanks to Premier for importing it. We used it daily for nearly 10 months and it works beautifully!
The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it needs a 2 or 3 mm screen. We grind for milk cows and chickens and feed barley and soft winter wheat, among other grains. The barley and wheat are small enough to fall through the 4 mm screen whole. So a 2 or 3 mm screen is really needed for these smaller cereal grains. I do not want to grind flour and so the 1 mm would be too fine.
I've already recommended this to two other farmers who have purchased it in recent months.
