The first Cross Your Heart Breeding Harness we bought broke in the first week of having it on our buck. It got wet and the leather strap at the front of the chest ripped. When I informed Premier, it was very quickly replaced and I have had no problems with the replacement harness.
The nylon harnesses loosen and move, requiring us to check and tighten the straps daily - also causing a potentially dangerous situation, especially since our goats have horns. The Cross Your Heart Breeding Harness doesn't have this problem and is quite secure, even on yearling bucks.

The rivets on the harness that we bought broke in the first week and we were no longer able to use it. It seemed to be of very good quality, that is why I always wondered if the ran got it caught on something to cause it to break. I am interested to find out how other buyers have fared with this harness. We have had VERY good luck with the nylon harnesses.
