Is the Intellishock 20B use a 2 watt panel with a rechargable battery ? I have a lead acid battery so all I need is the solar panel ?

Yes the 20B uses a 2 watt solar panel ( item # 147700) and rechargeable 12 Volt battery when operating as a solar unit
