Josh
Definition of Joule:
A unit of electrical energy equal to the work done when a current of one ampere is passed through a resistance of one ohm for one second.

Because the P5 is a low impedance energizer the joule output varies dependant on the load on fence as the joule measurement of the animal contacting the fence will vary due to circuit conductivity and conditions (fence wire, animal, other loads, and ground).
Thus can not give you a MA.

Thanks
Scott
