Boer horns

Greetings from Western Nebraska We have just purchased 2 little boer does. We are debating on leaving on the horns or taking them off I don't have acess to a debuder so can we use dehorn paste or ?? The buds are small enough that we have a day or two to decide. any recomendations? thoughts? or should we just leave them on.

There are good reasons for taking the horns off and for leaving them on.
I would not use the paste it can put more stress for a longer time on the kids.
If I only had two goats I would just leave them as they are.

I would remove the horns. It is much better in the long run. Much more safer for the animals as well as for any humans around the goats! also a dehorned goat is much easier on fences too! The horns will get quite large/long as the goat matures...
