Tensioning Endurasoft

How tight should an endurasoft fence be? I have 8 foot endposts sunk two feet into the ground. Will these hold the fence up after tensioning?

If you are in a place that freezes or where the soil can become soft with
wet weather then two feet is not deep enough. The springs that tension
the rope will pull about 25#'s.
