Ulcers on the annis

I bought this goat and noted her tail had blood on it, I thought she just got hurt.
Days later I noted more bleeding and saw ulcer like cancer ( like cancer on a cows face)
calfowler shape. Does anyone has the answer???

This could be many different things. I would not want to guess what it is
over the web. Your best bet is to take her to a vet.
