New fence and fencer

I've gathered a list of everything I think I need for a new fence, from your catalog. As a new fencer, there's a couple of questions.

The perimeter is 850`, and am running 3 strands, making approximately 2500` of needed length. Would it be preferable to buy 4 - 660` lengths, or 2 - 1320` lengths? And how does this affect the use of a reel with a field capacity of 330`? Which would I have to splice the least number of times?

Do/can I use p-springs at both ends of the fence, or do I need them only at one end?

Thanks for your help.

The longer rolls will give you the best chance at fewer splices.
If the line is less than 1000' one spring is enough. If it is longer
then use one at each end.
