Permanet and winter conditions

How does Permanet handle winter conditions such as heavy snow, ice and/or being frozen into place? Thank you.

Of all the plastic net fences on the market PermaNet is the strongest and
will handle winter weather the best. It is still a plastic fence and heavy snow
and ice can bring it down.
The other problem with snow is that it keeps the animal from being grounded.
Without a good ground contact the animal will not be shocked.
