Using a bucket to feed lambs

I have the bucket, drilled and nipples attached. I only have two lambs on bottle feeding, so I don't want to make up a huge amount of milk replacer sufficient to reach the nipples. I know I should be able to use a flexible tube and jars within the bucket to deliver the milk, but I'm not sure what kind and size of tubing to use, and where to position the bottles within the bucket. Is it best to put the bottles so the tubing is above the nipple, below it, or at the same level -- I'm concerned about how much energy it will take for them to start the milk flow once they start sucking. Using the bottle they are used to an immediate flow of milk.

Given the right size tubing I assume I push the tubing into the back side of the nipple unit and dangle the other end in the container of milk.
