Poultry fence and Charger for 1/4acre

I am in the process of designing a chicken tractor for about 100 meat birds that will be "tilling" in our cover crop on about 4 acres. I am envisioning that they will have access to about 1/8 to 1/4 acre at a time (depending on how many birds). What I will need is a sturdy electric fence for that area along with a charger, Is the 20B that you recommend powerful enough for that area? It should be battery powered since we will be using it all over the farm. Thanks

Dana,
The 20B should be plenty big to electrify that size area as long as you keep the grass/weed load under control. If you think there will be a heavy grass & weed load, move up to the Hotshock B4.
