My wife and daughter have hatched about 25 chicks a few weeks ago. They are all different breeds. What is a good timeline to butcher them? I know the Cornish Broilers are ready in 6-8 weeks - but these are not that kind of bird. Thanks

I figure 12 to 14 weeks for non cornish breeds.
