Yes, goats can get pink eye. It is caused by an organism that is contagious so affected animals should be kept separated from the unaffected ones. It can be transmitted either directly (rubbing against each other's faces) or by mediums such as a feeding trough.
Since we don't have a vet on staff we are legally restricted from recommending medical treatments. Hopefully others will offer stories on how they have treated it, ask your vet or I'm sure a web search will help with some suggestions...
