I understand that sheep have 4 sections in their stomach. How can you tell if the sheep has a problem?

I was wondering if my ewe stomach is like a cow's stomach. Part of her stomach is enlarged. Is this normal?

There are many things that could cause this. If she is in pain or not eating because of this condition you need to call a vet now.
