lamb wash out

I have a medium wool that is filled out and ready to show, however our show is not unitl Feb. 5, 2005. How can we keep it from washing out?

Your show is more than 30 days away, you will need to feed him so he does not
put on too much cover. You will also need to fit him again just before the show.
