Wormer

I am looking for a good, affordable wormer to use on my goats, and sheep. I have been using Ivermectin, and fenbendazol wormers in rotation, but I would like to find another to use, as I'm afraid If I use these two for to long the parasites will build up an immunity to it. I was looking at product # 888121 Valbazen dewormer, and it gives a dosage for sheep, but says nothing about use in goats. Is this product safe for goats too? Any product I use would have to be safe for both. Also, I didn't see an active ingredient listed. I need to make sure it doesn't have the same active ingredient as the other two wormers that I have been using. That would defeat the purpose. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid very few products are labeled for goat usage. If it is not on the label we cannot recommend either the product or dosage - you would need to consult your vet for "off label" useage.

I'm sorry we can't be of more assistance with this issue.

Here is a site that sells goat wormer that is way better and parasites don't get used to it.
The original, all natural, herbal wormer is compounded especially for goats. This wormer contains no artificial chemicals and is non-toxic and non-sickening. Safe for kids & pregnant does. No milk dumping or withdrawal time for slaughter. 200 doses in every pound of wormer. Dosage for mature goats is 1-1/2 tsp. weekly.
Ingredients: Worm Wood, Gentian, Fennel, Psyllium, & Quassia
