Which type of sharpening is best for these blades, flat or hollow grinding?

We have two "types" of Premier 3000 - the Shearer and the Clipper.

The Clipper blades sell as sets, should be kept together as sets and are hollow ground. We charge $6 per set for this service.

The Shearer uses a Comb and a Cutter. They are sold separately and do not need to be kept together - in fact, most people use two Cutters before they change Combs. These can be "flat" ground and we charge $1.50 for combs and $1.00 for cutters.

There is a shipping fee of $6.00 per package, regardless of how many are sent.
