poultry fencing ?

I have no experience with electrical fences, but would like to start using electric poultry netting next year. For a 47"x164' poultry net, what else would I need in the way of a ground rod, battery powered energizer etc.? We live in Kansas and the soil is loam, the climate changes from one day to the next, and we will be mowing to keep the weeds down. I really need a complete list of 'this is what you need to get started."

Thanks, Kirstin

A typical 164' system consists of the following

1 #202000 47"x164' PoultryNet
8 #320830 48" power posts (used for extra support more post if necc.)
1 #117310 IntelliShock 20B fence energizer (battery powered)
1 #121500 EzePower 9 volt battery 165 AH (battery for 20B)
1 #134100 6 light fence tester

Thanks
Scott

There is a ground rod/energizer stand that is included with the 20B. If top soil moisture is adequate this grounding rod/stand is ample if soil drys out the 3' x 1/2" galvanized ground rod (#151200) is usually used

Thanks
