I have an 2 week old boy lamb. He has 2 set of testicals, The question is can I put an
band on both of them . He is one of my bottle babies, he is eating good and playing
and jumping around.

A lamb should be banded before he is a week old. If the lamb is two weeks
or more you may want to use another method.
You may want to have a vet look at him to make sure that it is really a second
set of testicals and not something else.
