Gripples and woven wire

I plan on installing the 32" woven wire and HT wires as suggested in your catalog for goats and beef cattle. My questions are;

Can I use the gripples and tension tool to properly strain the woven wire,or should I use the straining bar?

The ground I plan on installing this fence on is clay and tends to heave in winter and be fairly soft. What do you suggest for H brace installation,(double H, post depth, etc.) ? We are in northern WI and tend to have rather deep frost.

I plan on using 3" wood post for line posts spaced at 20', the runs are level. is this OK?

Can I run the woven wire around a corner or do you need to terminate the run at each corner?

Thanks for your time .

1. I would use a straining bar to stretch the woven wire.
2. Use double H when your run is more than2000' or when there will be a
change in direction.All corner posts must be at least 48" in the ground.
3. 3" posts are ok if it is level and straight.
4. I wolud not run woven wire around a corner.
