our clippers are not new but the switch is going bad. it takes two hands to get them to turn off. ? is there a problem with the switches? and the blade guides that are on the head. the little black nobs that go thru the holes on the comb. they keep falling out.
and the black spacer that is on the shaft that turns the cutter. the wear and tear of these things is this common. only shearing about 20-30 times a year??? very disappointed in them. i really didnt have to use them the first year and half that i had them cause i had a pair of listers that i still use today. i guess i will just keep getting the listers repaired if yall cant doing nothing for me.

thanks

Beau,
The clippers do have a 3 year warranty. I would send them into us and we will go over them and fix them up for you. The bottom piece you are having trouble with is called a Lower Blade Guide(s). You need to use a 2 part epoxy glue to put those back in and have them stay. The top piece that is wearing down is called a Nylon bush and those do wear out once in a while. You can call in with the serial number and we can tell you the purchase date on those clippers so you know if it would be a warranty fix or not. our number is 1-800-282-6631.
