Pressure treated lumber

I am doing some remodeling in my barn and would normally use rough cut hemlock for building but I happen to have a whole mess of pressure treated lumber that I recycled. Is it ok to use PT in areas where animals are bound to chew it at some time?

It is not recommended to use pressure treated lumber in any area where livestock crib or chew on it. The treated wood has chemicals on it to lengthen the life of the wood and you don't want your animals ingesting it. I hope this helps. Thank you.
