Hi-
I am using poultry net to allow my ducks to forage in the woods and have set up 2 nets wending through the woods. I have cleared most of the vines and such but there is some leaf cover and wetness around.
My question is, what if leaves or vines come in contact with the net?
Also, is it OK that the net goes along a metal fence in one place. I have it ending sort of at my dog run which has green deer fence around it.
I will cover the end (and I hope the it can just end and doesn't need to be a circle) but is it OK to allow it to be near vegetation and is it OK if it touches water or metal?
It is not submerged but there is a marshy area that does flood a bit when it rains. It should be dryer soon, but we are having a wet spring.
Do you turn the net off if it rains?
Thanks
Melina
