Cleaning the screens on 4000 shearing mach

There must be a "trick" that I am not aware of the remove the little air filter screens on the 4000. Obviously you first remove the little screw, but the how do you pop out the plastic frame the get at the screen?

Once you have the little screw out just take a small flat head screw driver and pop out the screen. Hope this helps.
