To whom may it Concern,
I bought last year a new shear premier 4000s (serie # A3077VF), unfortunally for an unknown reason it broke a plastic gear and I wonder where can I get this kind of replacement?
In case you can provide this Plastic gear please let me know how to proceed to buy it.
The gear that I need is the one that moves the blades, in opther words is the one that you can see once you remove the clipping head.
Please advise.

We have replacement parts; you would get them directly from us, even though the records show you purchased that unit through one of our dealers. It has a 3 year warranty so you do not need to purchase it. Please call and talk to one of our technicians so we can handle this as timely as possible. 800-282-6631.
