Bottle Feeding Lambs

This year we have 6 lambs on bottles which is quite a few for us. We are currently feeding them high quality milk replacer 8-10oz 4x/ day.

I was curious if anyone has ever increased the concentration of the milk to insure that they get more nutrients?
