If it is a all Positive fence (only one clip at each end) you can just bring it back onto itself. Do not roll it will hard to keep it from shorting out. Double back is easier to keep pulled tight. If it is a Pos/Neg still bring it back but make sure the lines do not touch or it could short out. OR you can zigzag the fence to use up the extra line.
