Where was the picture of Stan Potratz taken in the Feb/Mar email newsletter taken?

I lived in the Quad City area for a number of years and the further west you went the flatter if got. It certainly doesn't look like the Iowa I remember.

Wyoming in August 2004, 30 miles east of Grand Teton National Park.
