I am starting a farm to raise myotonic (fainting) goats. I need all new fencing. What fencing would you recommend? I would prefer to use a semi-permanent fence as I will have to be moving them around. Thank you for any suggestions! Judy

I would agree with Mr. Purdy about the use of High tensile woven wire with electric above for permanent fencing as one of the best options. However using netting or all electric fences may not be the best idea for myotonic goats.

Judy: We have fainters in western Nebraska and have used 42 inch Combination panels they are 16 feet long and are very movable. We use wood post on some cornors and the rest T post. The fainters are easy keepers and will stay in most any fence. Good luck V.
