broken wire

Hello. I am using the PN SC Electrostop II netting and on one of my pannels the 2nd from top wire has broken. It broke at the white plastic blub that runs up and down the netting. Is there a way to open those white plastic bulbs or should I just cut the wire on the other side of the bulb and then use some of the replacment wire and tie the 2 strands back together?

You can tie the two strands together and then use a two part putty epoxie to glue it back to the strut. Make a nice ball around the the wire and strut so it does not snag when moving the net.
